In 2001, by chance, the logging instrument branch of the former Xi'an Petroleum Exploration Instrument Factory collaborated with the company's founder, Mr. Wu Yamin. At that time, Mr. Wu Yamin received a lot of encouragement from the director of the Shanxiping branch of the Petroleum Logging Instrument Factory Xi'an Yongxing Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2002. We mainly develop and produce high-temperature and pressure resistant composite insulators for petroleum logging instruments. In 2003, the trademark registration of the "RichFRP" brand petroleum logging instrument high-temperature pressure composite insulator was successful. In 2004, the website of Xi'an Yongxing Technology Development Co., Ltd. was launched. In the same year, the Special FRP Division of Ruizhi Petroleum Logging Instruments was established. In 2005, the Special FRP Division of Oil Logging Instruments successfully developed a composite insulator that can withstand high temperature and pressure of 175 ℃/140MPa. The product is used for induction logging instruments and double-sided logging instruments. In 2006, the rod and pipe materials of the Special FRP Division of Petroleum Logging Instruments have been widely used in China Petroleum Logging (CPL), China Oilfield Services Limited (COSL), China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, Beijing Huanding Company, and Hangzhou Ruili Sound Company. In 2007, the factory of Xi'an Yongxing Technology Development Co., Ltd. located on Minjing 2nd Road in the Economic Development Zone was requisitioned and relocated by the government. (Xi'an Municipal Government moves north). In 2008, various products of Ruizhi Petroleum Logging Instrument Special FRP Division received widespread attention among domestic petroleum logging instrument manufacturers. The customer base has expanded. The company is preparing for product appraisal in the early stage. In 2009, company leaders contacted the Achievement Department of Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology to exchange information on appraisal matters. In May, the "Special FRP Enterprise Standard for Petroleum Logging Instruments" was successfully filed with the Shaanxi Provincial Technical Supervision Bureau. In 2009, the appraisal meeting for high-temperature and pressure resistant composite insulators of Xi'an Yongxing Technology Development Co., Ltd. was successfully held at the Qujiang Hotel in Xi'an. In 2010, Wu Yamin, the general manager of Xi'an Yongxing Technology Development Co., Ltd., visited the North American petroleum logging instrument market in Houston, the American oil city, and Calgary, the Canadian oil city. In 2011, the new "Factory Plan" of Xi'an Yongxing Technology Development Co., Ltd. was approved by the Planning Bureau of Xi'an Economic and Technological Development Zone. The construction of the project started in October of that year. The factory covers an area of 15000 square meters. The printing of the company's new sample booklet was completed in 2011.
